Thick-layer filler with Hybrid Active Dry Technology

SCHÖNOX HS 50 is a very low-stress hybrid filler with a wide range of applications. The advantages of a low-stress calcium sulfate filler are combined with the rapid drying of cementitious systems. Thanks to the innovative Hybrid Active Dry Technology, the product is ready for laying after just 48 hours, even when applied in thick layers.

Areas of application SCHÖNOX HS 50 is suitable for creating composite screeds in layer thicknesses of 3 - 50 mm in:

• Residential, commercial and industrial areas
• New and old buildings
• Renovation area Modernization area
• Ideal in combination with thin-layer heating systems according to BVF guidelines

e.g.: SCHÖNOX HS 50 is suitable:

• under textile and elastic coverings as well as parquet
• for full-surface filling under Sika sealants and coatings
• under ceramic tiles and natural stone in combination with quick-drying primers and quick-setting tile adhesives
• as a system levelling compound for laying ceramic tiles with SCHÖNOX Q20 HYBRID without primer
• indoor.

For heavy loads caused by rolling, impact, shock, falling, track-bound traffic and especially by dragging objects or moving bulk materials and as protection against contamination, we recommend applying a colored coating adapted to the expected traffic loads / uses.
