Kiesel Servoper royal is a high-strength joint mortar according to DIN EN 13888 CG 2 WA. Joint widths of 1 to 10 mm can be filled with the cementitious joint compound. The mortar gives a joint a high level of mechanical strength. The joint that is filled with the grout is very abrasion-resistant and shows increased resistance to alkalis and acids. Special cements ensure that the joint compound is highly resistant to chemical cleaning agents. The chemical resistance (for cleaning agents) is even significantly higher than with conventional cement joints.
A joint filled with Kiesel Servoperl royal is water and dirt repellent and offers a high level of resistance when used with a high-pressure cleaner. The item is suitable for underwater areas as well as for indoor and outdoor use. The joint compound has excellent processing properties and hardens quickly. This prevents the joint or joints from washing out. Once mixed, the grout has a processing time of around 60 to 70 minutes and can be walked on after around 6 hours. The grout also becomes resistant to rain after approximately 6 hours. The chemical resistance of a joint filled with Kiesel Servoper royal is reached after approx. 7 days.
